The owners originally desired to replace the roof structure on a 1988 modular, but the project evolved into the removal of all walls and rebuilding above the first floor deck.  Second story spaces were desired under the roof, achieved with trusses arranged in a cross configuration.  A new stone chimney and porches were added, as well as stone veneer on the foundation.  The owner acted as the general contractor and the interior was under construction at the time of the photographs.  The stair to the loft is being created by a West Virginia craftsman.
