This project included two phases of work on a Victorian farmhouse built in the 1850’s.  Phase one provided a new second story master bedroom suite over an existing, incompatible flat-roofed addition, and added an entry porch.  Salvaged materials used in the project included wood floors, stained glass windows and a fireplace mantel.  The addition was completed in 2003 by D & D Scarborough, Inc.  In 2008, a two-story rear porch was constructed by Messenger Construction.
