Completed in 2013 by Glenangus Homes, this 4930 sf home replaces a two-story home on the site that was destroyed by fire.  The owners desired all their living spaces to be on the first floor and the house was re-sited on the lot to orient living spaces to the rear yard.  Guest bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor, connected by a balcony overlooking the foyer.  The full, finished basement includes a workshop, media room, wet bar, bedroom and additional bathrooms.  Exterior materials include stone veneer, Semco clad metal windows and doors, and fiber cement siding.  A screened porch on the rear connects the dining room and great room to an outdoor patio and a pool.
